🚀 **Project Highlight: Leaf 🌿 Disease Recognition using Deep Learning**I recently completed a deep learning project focused on detecting plant leaf diseases from images. This system can classify leaf health status across multiple classes using a trained CNN model, making it useful for agricultural diagnostics and smart farming applications.🔍 **What the Project Includes:**✔ Preprocessing and organizing a large dataset of leaf images✔ Building and training a deep learning model (MobileNetV2 / CNN)✔ Feature extraction, regularization & fine-tuning✔ Evaluation using accuracy, loss, and confusion matrix✔ Exporting the trained model for real-time prediction✔ Creating a prediction pipeline to classify new images accurately🛠 **Technologies Used:**Python | TensorFlow/Keras | MobileNetV2 | NumPy | Matplotlib | Streamlit | VS Code### 🎯 **Objective:**To develop an AI-powered system that can automatically identify leaf diseases and support early detection, helping farmers and agritech organizations take preventive actions.

I’m excited to share that I have successfully completed my final-year project “Automatic Pesticide Sprayer, Grass Cutting and Grass Collector”under the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at Government Polytechnic Nashik This project allowed me to explore practical engineering design, automation, fabrication techniques, and integration of multi-functional agricultural tools. The model focuses on increasing farming efficiency by combining pesticide spraying, grass cutting, and grass collection into one compact, automated system. It aims to reduce manual labor, save time, and support smart farming methods. A big thank you to Prof. V. S. Jadhav mam for the guidance and to my teammates for their continuous support throughout the project journey. Beberapa waktu lalu saya berkesempatan mengikuti pelatihan pembudidayaan sayuran hidroponik di BPVP (Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas) Banyuwangi. Pelatihan ini memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi saya untuk memperdalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang pertanian modern, terutama sistem budidaya tanpa tanah. Selama pelatihan, saya mempelajari dasar-dasar hidroponik, mulai dari pengertian hidroponik, berbagai jenis sistem budidaya seperti NFT, DFT, wick system, hingga pengelolaan nutrisi tanaman. Pembelajaran diberikan secara teori dan praktik, sehingga saya benar-benar memahami penerapannya di lapangan. Beberapa materi praktik yang saya pelajari antara lain: 🌱 Menyemai benih sayuran 🔧 Membuat instalasi menggunakan sistem NFT 📈 Monitoring kondisi nutrisi dan sistem hidroponik 🌿 Pemeliharaan tanaman hingga siap panen ✔ Ujian kompetensi di akhir pelatihan Selain itu, instruktur juga menekankan bahwa kompetensi terdiri dari tiga aspek utama, yaitu: 1️⃣ Pengetahuan – pemahaman konsep dan teori 2️⃣ Keterampilan – kemampuan teknis yang dapat diterapkan 3️⃣ Sikap – kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan etika kerja Saya belajar bahwa sikap adalah bagian penting dari kompetensi. Tidak hanya sekadar kemampuan teknis, tetapi bagaimana kita bersikap dan menjaga profesionalisme juga sangat menentukan kualitas diri. Pengalaman ini bukan hanya menambah keterampilan teknis saya, tetapi juga memperluas wawasan saya tentang pertanian modern yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, saya senang bertemu dengan teman-teman baru dan mendapatkan relasi yang sama-sama memiliki ketertarikan dalam dunia pertanian. India → UAE Foodgrain Allocation: A Compact Logic-Based Dashboard Prototype Ensuring stable food flows is becoming a strategic priority worldwide. The UAE relies on 80–90% imported food (WEF, 2025), while India is one of the world’s largest producers of staples such as wheat and rice. Structuring a clear, data-supported channel between India’s regional surpluses and the UAE’s monthly demand can benefit both sides. I developed a compact allocation prototype that explores how this channel can be designed. The model focuses on three essential pillars: 1️⃣ Surplus Mapping (India) State-wise and crop-wise surplus volumes are organized along with ports, logistics preference, base prices, and availability cycles. This creates a predictable supply-side structure. 2️⃣ Demand Structuring (UAE) Demand is represented by emirate, sector (mills, distributors, reserves), monthly cycles, and urgency levels. This makes forecasting and planning easier across different consumption nodes. 3️⃣ Allocation & Cost Logic The system uses a weighted allocation score based on surplus share, urgency, and transit feasibility. Landing cost per tonne is computed using transparent factors such as: . base procurement price . transport . storage . handling . tariffs . clearance & port fees Together, these elements form a clear input → logic → output cycle that reflects how such an allocation channel could operate in practice. Dashboard & Documentation To make the model intuitive for stakeholders, I created a clean analytics dashboard showing: . India surplus summary . UAE demand summary . Logistics & constraints . Multi-line allocation preview . Landing cost breakdown .
