I have just had the opportunity to spend an unforgettable week in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam as part of the RMIT Business Beyond Borders Study Tour, and the experience has been both inspiring and transformative. Over seven days, we visited several innovative organisations including The Sentry, SPARK Hub, TMA Solutions, AusCham, Al Fresco’s Group, NAB Innovation Centre, Orlar Sustainable Farms, and Tim Corporation where we also had a chocolate making session guided by Olivier Nicod, a two star Michelin chocolatier. Each place showcased the exciting growth happening in Vietnam, a country where technology, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility are not only values but everyday practice. From blockchain applications to agritech advancements, I had the opportunity to see real world uses of the technologies I am particularly interested in. It was inspiring to witness how quickly Vietnam rebuilt itself post-war, and how it has transformed into one of the most innovation driven cities in Southeast Asia. The atmosphere in Ho Chi Minh City is electric, and you can feel the potential everywhere. What made this trip truly special were the people. I connected with students from Melbourne, Vietnam, and Singapore, and with the teachers who made this program meaningful. I left the tour with friendships, perspectives, and memories that I know will stay with me for a very long time. This experience helped place business, and business technology, into context. It strengthened my passion for innovation, global learning, and the pursuit of meaningful work with purpose. Amazing food, amazing people, and an amazing city.
I feel very grateful to have had this opportunity. Thank you RMIT University for creating a space for us to learn, grow, and explore. #RMIT #StudyTour #BusinessBeyondBorders #Vietnam #GlobalExperience #Innovation #BusinessTechnology

Nigeria loses up to 50% of its total harvests annually, resulting in a staggering ₦3.5 trillion loss that significantly surpasses the federal agricultural budget and fuels national inflation. Discover how prioritizing domestic agro-processing—turning raw produce like cassava into flour—is essential for stabilizing prices, creating new urban jobs, and multiplying the local value captured from farming. 🚀 Introducing: GROUNDΩED — An AgriCapitalist Academy Initiative For years, one truth has held African agriculture back: Young people don’t hate agriculture — they just don’t see themselves in it. To many, agriculture feels old, rural, stressful, low-tech, and “not their vibe.” But that perception is outdated — and dangerously misleading. The real story? Agriculture today is profitable, tech-driven, data-powered, scalable, global, and one of the most strategic wealth-building sectors on the continent. Yet, the branding hasn’t caught up. That’s why we’re launching GROUNDΩED — a bold storytelling series crafted to rebrand agriculture for the next generation. Through short, powerful stories from agripreneurs, innovators, investors, and thinkers across Africa and around the world, GROUNDΩED will show young people what agriculture truly is: 🔥 A smart career 🔥 A global industry 🔥 A wealth pathway 🔥 A future-proof investment 🔥 A serious, billion-dollar opportunity Every episode is designed to make agriculture feel: ✨ Modern ✨ Cool ✨ Ambitious ✨ Innovative ✨ And ultimately… the next move Welcome to a new era of agri-storytelling. Welcome to a new perception of wealth. Welcome to GROUNDΩED. The future of the hustle starts here. 🌱

On enchaîne.
