CSVTU FORTE NIDHI i-TBI, with CSR support from Insmart Systems Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, has launched a Pilot Project on Organic Compost Making & Organic Farming at the CSVTU Campus, Newai, Bhilai. The initiative is designed to develop a semi-automated model for organic fertilizers and pesticides, promote sustainable farming practices, and create a pathway for young graduates to become successful agri-entrepreneurs through practical training, incubation, and business support.
The programme offers four months of free hands-on training in organic compost production, natural farming, finance, marketing, business model development, company formation, and government schemes, along with a paid internship of ₹7,000 per month, performance-based incentives, and mentorship from industry experts. Outstanding participants will also receive seed funding of up to ₹1 lakh, incubation, and long-term handholding support to launch their own enterprises. Through this initiative, CSVTU FORTE continues to empower youth with skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship while promoting sustainable agriculture and rural economic development across Chhattisgarh.
