The role: Design the physical product — enclosure, tiers, lid mechanism and water system — and make it reliable, safe and easy to manufacture. What you'll do: • Create 3D CAD models and drawings for the tower, trays, lid mechanism and plumbing manifold. • Prototype parts using 3D printing (PETG), sheet metal and off-the-shelf components. • Select and size motors, servos, pumps and valves; do basic load and torque calculations. • Design for water-tightness, food-safe materials and easy cleaning.
