Renovating the Farm — Turning Available Biomass into Farm Resources 🌱♻️ This video was recorded in January 2026 at the BioFarm site in Gazipur, Bangladesh. The lemon orchard is currently undergoing renovation and cleaning, as part of the preparation for the next phase of the project. One of the things I am particularly interested in is how we can make use of resources that are already available on the farm instead of treating them as waste. 🌿 Water hyacinth (Kochuri Pana) is being collected and used as organic mulch in the orchard. 💧 The irrigation system is also being renovated, with the aim of developing a more efficient water-management system for the orchard and other production areas. 🌾 You can also see long grass growing around the site. This grass has a good local value—around ৳60 per bundle. Instead of immediately removing it, my plan is to: Harvest → dry → use as mulch → sell surplus or reuse on-site. The green wild grasses will be handled differently. They will be chopped and incorporated into a plant-based biological composting system, turning naturally available vegetation into a useful farm input. This is part of the approach I want to develop at BioFarm: Observe what the farm already has → understand its value → process it appropriately → return it to the production system. The lemon orchard renovation is only one part of the larger 6-acre integrated agriculture and aquaculture R&D project. The site is being developed to explore practical systems combining: 🌱 Sustainable crop production 🍋 Lemon orchard management 🐟 Aquaculture 🦐 Raceway-based aquaculture research 🌱 Nursery & protected cultivation 🐔 Poultry & 🐐 goat production 🧪 Biological agricultural inputs ♻️ Biomass recycling and circular farm systems 💧 Efficient irrigation and water management 🌿 KNF & JADAM-inspired regenerative farming I see the farm not simply as a production unit, but as a living R&D environment where we can develop, test, observe, adapt and demonstrate practical farming systems under local conditions. There is still a lot of renovation and experimentation ahead. I will continue documenting the process—including the problems, experiments, failures, improvements and results. 📍 BioFarm | Gazipur, Bangladesh Regenerate resources. Improve the system. Learn from the field. 🌱 #BioFarm #AgriTech #SustainableAgriculture #RegenerativeAgriculture #AgricultureRAndD #NaturalFarming #KNF #JADAM #SoilHealth #BiologicalInputs #IntegratedFarming #CircularAgriculture #Aquaculture #BangladeshAgriculture

I'm pleased to share that I will be part of the 10th Zenith Bank International Trade Seminar on Non-Oil Export, happening on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. It is time for Nigeria to invest massively in the non-oil sector of our economy, particularly in agriculture, the creative industry, and technology. These sectors hold enormous potential for job creation, economic diversification, innovation, and sustainable development. As the Founder and Project Lead of AMVSSMART Agriculture Digital Marketplace, (https://lnkd.in/eWBcdYSY), I look forward to gaining valuable insights, connecting with like-minded individuals and industry leaders, and exploring practical opportunities to strengthen Nigeria’s agricultural export ecosystem. I am particularly interested in learning more about how we can increase the export of quality Nigerian agricultural products, connect farmers and producers to wider markets, and leverage digital technology to make agricultural trade more accessible and efficient. I believe platforms like AMVSSMART can play a meaningful role in connecting Nigeria’s agricultural producers to local and international markets while contributing to food security, economic growth, and non-oil export development. Looking forward to an impactful and insightful experience at the seminar. Nigeria’s future is beyond oil. Let’s build, innovate, produce, and export! #ZenithBank Zenith Bank Plc Nigerian Export Business Training AGRITECH MARKETPLACE VENTURE SOLUTIONS #NonOilExport #Agriculture #AgriculturalExport #AMVSSMART #DigitalAgriculture #TechForAgriculture #Nigeria #EconomicDiversification #FoodSecurity.

Taking a new step in Precision Agriculture. I have formalized the use of drones in the agricultural fields where I operate: industrial crop production, opening of new areas, and operational planning. In practice, the results are clear. The use of drones has delivered significant gains in: *✓* Field mapping *✓* Irrigation monitoring *✓* Fertilizer application *✓* Faster and more assertive decision-making I am already using the tool and currently undergoing specific training to ensure safe and compliant operations. I believe technology is the way forward to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the effectiveness of field operations. #PrecisionAgriculture #Drones #Agribusiness #AgriTech #CropMapping #Irrigation #Mozambique

Harvest 20, week 3. The farms are verified. Now we document what happens next. Verification is the entry requirement. It's not the model. Once a farm passes the three checks — deforestation history, field conditions, agronomic profile — the real work begins. Here's what the first operational cycle looks like: The Digital Partner's capital enters regulated bank custody. The first milestone: planting confirmation. Not a report — a data point. The spatial scoring layer records soil preparation activity and conditions. When the data confirms the milestone, the first disbursement releases. The farmer doesn't receive a lump sum to manage on their own. The capital flows through a closed procurement system — inputs purchased through verified suppliers, every transaction logged. The farmer accesses what they need, when they need it, with a traceable record of every purchase. This is what milestone-based release means in practice. Not a calendar. Not a request. Evidence — and then the funds move. Week 4 next Tuesday. harvverse.com What would give you more confidence as a remote investor? A) milestone-triggered disbursements B) real-time field data C) a weekly AI-generated summary of farm status #BuildingInPublic #AgriTech #DigitalPartnerships #ImpactInvesting #Harvest20

Turning guesswork into data for Nigerian farmers. Every planting season, smallholder farmers across Kano and Borno face the same uncertainty — how much rain will fall, whether the heat will affect their harvest, whether this year will be enough. Most are planning without any data to guide them. For my 3MTT NextGen capstone (Data Analysis & Visualization track), my team and I built AgroSmart Borno-Kano — a tool that turns weather and soil data into a crop yield prediction farmers can actually plan around. It works two ways: 📱 Feature phone farmers can access it via USSD, no smartphone or internet needed 💻 Cooperatives can access it via a smartphone dashboard, with real-time yield predictions (94.98% model confidence) This is my individual submission for the Crop Yield Prediction brief, built on our team's shared project. #3MTT #3MTTNextGen #CapstoneProject #DataAnalysis #AgriTech #NigeriaTech #MachineLearning

PARABÉNS Aline e time!!!

Warehouse movement is where most hidden losses begin. When stock inflow, storage updates, and dispatch records are not captured in real time, visibility breaks and control becomes reactive instead of structured. AgTrustt fixes this with: • Live stock tracking • Real-time storage visibility • Continuous warehouse movement updates So every unit of inventory stays traceable, accurate, and under control across the post-harvest cycle. 🌐 www.agtrustt.com #AgTrustt #AgriTech #DigitalAgriculture #SmartFarming #AgriBusiness #SupplyChainTransparency #InventoryManagement #WarehouseManagement #Traceability #AgricultureTechnology [Agri Supply Chain, Agri ERP, Smart Warehousing, Digital Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Transparency, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Automation, Smart Agriculture, Warehousing Supply Chain]

On enchaîne.
