On enchaîne.

ERP, CRM, BI, cloud and IoT systems are essential. They still do not describe what is happening in the field. This is one of the clearest architecture gaps in agri-food companies. Enterprise systems manage finance, procurement, customers, reporting and infrastructure well. Field technologies capture specific signals well. But the agriculture operating context often sits between them: crops, fields, blocks, work orders, agronomic plans, input use, grower networks, harvest expectations and production economics. That gap creates a real partner opportunity. AGRIVI does not replace the systems a partner already sells or implements. It adds the agriculture-specific foundation those systems need when the customer’s business depends on farms, growers or direct sourcing. For ERP and BI partners, field records can reach finance and reporting with less manual reconstruction. For IoT and sensor partners, device data can sit inside the operating context where teams can use it. For consulting firms, the technology can support process design, adoption and change inside real agricultural work. The best architecture conversation is not abstract. Pick one disconnected workflow in a customer account and trace where the data breaks between the farm operation and the enterprise system. That is usually where the first joint opportunity appears. #agritech #partnerships #agriculture #technology #digitalization

Turning drone data into decisions. Some 3D explorations we've been working on visualizing how aerial scanning technology helps growers actually use the data they're collecting. A few of the use cases we brought to life: Turning every scan into insight helping growers monitor crops, spot risks early, and direct resources where they matter most Seeing beyond the visible measuring canopy density and plant growth in dense vegetation, without relying on manual observation Intelligence from above, clarity on the ground bridging aerial data with field-level decisions Precision agriculture isn't just about flying a drone over a field, it's about what happens with the data after. That's the story we wanted these renders to tell. #3D #AgriTech #DroneTechnology #CGI

Agrifirst - Farmers First

linkedin

What if your protected cultivation project could move from paperwork to harvest in just a few months? For this colored capsicum grower, the journey with Agrifirst - Farmers First started with documentation and approval from the Horticulture Department. Agrifirst - Farmers First handled the file-passing process, followed by construction and installation. The structure was ready in around 40–45 days. Soon after, 5,000 colored capsicum plants were planted: 2,500 red capsicum plants 2,500 yellow capsicum plants Plantation started on August 6, and harvesting began from October 22 — around 80 days later. Today, the farm is producing around 2 tonnes of colored capsicum every month, with an average selling price of around ₹100/kg. This is what a well-planned protected cultivation project can look like when construction, crop planning and technical support come together. Planning a polyhouse or colored capsicum farming project? Explore how Agrifirst - Farmers First can support your journey from project planning to cultivation. Pakistan Has Solarised Irrigation—But When Will It Make It Smart? New South Wales, Australia, has launched a A$1.4 million Smart Farming Program, covering 70% of eligible AgTech costs, up to A$35,000 per farmer. It supports soil and water sensors, drones, crop-monitoring systems and farm connectivity. But its most important feature is training before technology: farmers must first complete an AgTech workshop to assess their needs and learn how to use farm data. Pakistan should take note. Reuters estimated that Pakistan had around 650,000 solar-powered tube wells by 2025. Solarisation has reduced irrigation costs, but cheaper pumping can accelerate groundwater depletion when water use is not linked to actual crop requirements. The problem is not solar energy—it is unmeasured irrigation. Pakistan’s current model is largely: Solar panels → Pump → More water It needs to become: Soil moisture → Weather data → Irrigation decision → Smart solar pump Soil-moisture sensors can determine whether irrigation is needed, how long a pump should operate and whether watering can be delayed because of expected rainfall. Pakistan already has some relevant experience through IWMI’s soil-moisture sensor initiatives and locally developed precision-irrigation solutions. The bigger challenges are affordability, farmer training, rural connectivity and large-scale adoption. This matters because Pakistan’s agricultural census shows that farm households have increased from 8.3 million to 11.7 million, while average farm size has declined from 6.6 to 5.1 acres. AgTech designed only for large farms will therefore have limited national impact. A Practical Pilot for Pakistan Pakistan could connect 1,000 solar tube wells across selected districts in all four provinces with: • Soil-moisture sensors • Digital water meters • Local weather data • Crop-specific irrigation advice • Mobile guidance in regional languages Following the Australian model, government could finance 70% of the cost, while farmers, banks, agribusinesses or AgTech providers contribute the remainder. For smallholders, equipment could be offered through cooperatives, dealer-led services or pay-per-use models. After one crop cycle, the pilot should measure water saved, pumping hours reduced, yield impact and change in farm income. Pakistan does not merely need more agricultural technology. It needs an adoption system combining finance, training, connectivity and measurable results. Solar power has made groundwater more accessible. The next challenge is ensuring that every drop is used intelligently. A tomato farmer can lose 70 percent of his harvest value in two hours simply because he has no place to keep his crates cold until tomorrow. Kailash harvested four tonnes of tomatoes in Sangamner. He drove to the wholesale mandi at 6:00 AM expecting Rs 30 per kilo. By 8:30 AM, middleman cartel brokers refused to bid above Rs 8. He had two choices: sell at a Rs 80,000 loss, or watch four tonnes of fresh produce rot in the afternoon sun. India loses Rs 1.53 Lakh Crore in post-harvest produce every year. Building massive new central cold storage facilities takes years and costs crores. Meanwhile, thousands of under-utilized rural storage sheds sit empty across agricultural talukas. THE SOLUTION IS NOT BUILDING MORE CONCRETE. IT IS RETROFITTING WHAT ALREADY EXISTS. We are designing Agro-Edu VillPark (AEVP) as an asset-light cold storage network. Instead of building from scratch, our blueprint upgrades existing village storage sheds to regulatory standards in four to six weeks using modular cooling and passive thermal buffers. We co-opt local brokers into franchise partners with fee-sharing, while reserving 60 percent of storage capacity exclusively for smallholder farmers owning under two hectares. When farmers deposit produce, they receive digital warehouse receipts (e-NWR) that unlock instant 70 percent bank advances so they never sell under duress. Our design targets cutting setup timelines by 80 percent and reducing regional post-harvest crop loss from 30 percent down to under 8 percent. We are iterating on these warehouse retrofit blueprints and stress-testing the thermal buffering math. What is the biggest barrier preventing farmers from storing produce in your region? #Agritech #SupplyChain #RuralEconomy

The CBG Plant Is Only Half the Project. The Feedstock Is the Other Half. We are happy to announce the launch of Good and Green Agro Farms – Professional Napier Agronomy Services. 🌱 Give us your land. Forget the headache of Napier farming. You focus on your CBG plant. We take care of the agronomy. From soil to plantation, crop management to harvest planning, our team works with your land to build a reliable and sustainable Napier feedstock system. The biggest question for a CBG plant is not only: “How much gas can my plant produce?” It is: “Will I have the right feedstock, in the right quantity, at the right quality — throughout the year?” This is where many CBG projects underestimate the importance of Napier cultivation. A large CBG plant can have excellent technology, equipment and infrastructure — but if feedstock availability, quality and consistency are not planned properly, the plant may never operate at its intended efficiency. And one important decision is often overlooked: 🌱 VARIETY SELECTION. Even today, many projects continue using Napier varieties primarily developed for animal fodder, while a CBG plant has a different objective: Consistent biomass + higher dry matter + suitable digestibility + dependable feedstock supply. At Good and Green Agro Farms, we have spent 12 years working with Napier research, cultivation and field experience. Our experience includes: ✅ 12+ years of Napier research & agronomy experience ✅ 200+ acres of Napier plantation experience ✅ Established Napier nursery operations ✅ Practical experience in large-scale plantation management ✅ Focus on CBG-oriented feedstock planning ✅ Specialized varieties including Garuda Napier Grass™ and CBG Biomass Pro Grass™ DON'T BUILD A CBG PLANT AND THEN WORRY ABOUT FEEDSTOCK. Plan the feedstock first. Build the crop system around your plant. Your land is an asset. Your feedstock should be an asset too. Give us the land. We will work with the soil. We will manage the crop. You focus on your CBG plant. 🌱 Good and Green Agro Farms Napier Research • CBG Feedstock • Agronomy • Plantation Management 📩 For CBG feedstock planning & professional Napier agronomy services, connect with us. #CBG #CBGPlant #CompressedBiogas #CBGIndia #Biogas #Biomass #BiomassEnergy #RenewableEnergy #Bioenergy #GreenEnergy #CleanEnergy #CleanFuel #AlternativeEnergy #SustainableEnergy #EnergyTransition #CircularEconomy #NetZero #Decarbonization #CarbonNeutral #GreenIndia #NapierGrass #NapierFarming #NapierCultivation #NapierAgriculture #HybridNapier #SuperNapier #GarudaNapier #CBGBiomassProGrass #BiomassFeedstock #CBGFeedstock #FeedstockManagement #FeedstockSecurity #Agronomy #AgronomyServices #PrecisionAgriculture #SustainableAgriculture #SmartFarming #AgriBusiness #AgriTech #FarmManagement #CBGProjects #CBGIndustry #CBGBusiness #CBGInvestments #BioCNG #BiogasPlant #BiogasIndia #RenewableGas #WasteToEnergy #BiomassToEnergy #SustainableBusiness #EnergyBusiness #IndustrialBiomass
