La prévention repose sur 3 paramètres : 1. 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐬é𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐥’𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐢𝐮𝐦 L’objectif n’est pas uniquement d’augmenter le calcium, mais aussi de limiter la compétition avec les autres cations : • Augmenter le calcium et réduire le potassium afin de viser un rapport K/Ca proche de 0,75 en mmol/L. • Limiter le NH₄⁺, idéalement à zéro, ainsi que le magnésium afin de réduire la compétition avec le calcium et de maintenir l’EC du drainage sous contrôle. 2. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭: é𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 Lorsque l’air devient trop sec, la transpiration des feuilles augmente fortement et la distribution du calcium vers les jeunes fruits peut devenir insuffisante. Il est recommandé de maintenir une humidité relative supérieure à 𝟔𝟎 % pendant toute la journée afin de limiter les stress hydriques excessifs. 3.
