In June 2025, During Agri-show( Agriculture Expo at Kigali-Mulindi), I had the opportunity to engage with vertical hydroponic tower farming throughout Agriculture Workshop From Youth Engagement in Agriculture Network #YEAN# – an innovative soil-less cultivation system that maximizes space, water efficiency, and productivity. Exploring modern agricultural technologies like these strengthens my passion for sustainable farming and smart food production solutions. The future of agriculture is innovation, and I’m excited to be part of it! Hands-on learning moments like this remind me why I love agriculture! This vertical hydroponic system showcases how we can grow more using less land, less water, and zero soil – a true game changer for urban and climate-smart farming.
