    La fin de la sécheresse (météorologique) a été marquée par le début de la saison des orages méditerranéens offrant un spectacle grandiose durant l'intégralité de la nuit passée. Quelques centaines de photos entre l'Hortus (ici à droite) et le Pic Saint Loup (ici sortant du nuage à gauche), dont de nombreux coups de foudre ramifiés ! Il va me falloir des semaines pour tout traiter !

    On enchaîne. Il est maintenant très probable que nous allons vivre l'El-Nino le plus intense depuis le début de son observation sur Terre (et surement depuis des siècles). Les premiers effets se font sentir avec un décrochage total des températures mondiales. Le mois d'août 2026 pourrait être le mois d'août le plus chaud sur Terre depuis le début des mesures. Nous ne sommes qu'à 0.11°C du record absolu mondial de température et 0.01°C du record absolu de la surface des océans. La méditerranée enchaîne les records absolus de température avec une canicule marine qui dure depuis des semaines avec jusqu'à +3 à +6°C d'anomalie. Les derniers relevés montrent qu'avec une moyenne de 28.5°C, la surface de la mer Méditerranée vient de battre son record absolu de température. En d'autres termes, la mer Méditerranée n'a jamais été aussi chaude tous mois confondus. Ce n'est que le début. Nous sommes partis pour 1 an d'incroyables records à l'échelle planétaire.

Powered by Murf Falcon, the agent delivers natural, fast, and low-latency voice responses, making conversations feel smooth and human-like. 🔧 Tech Stack 🎙️ Murf Falcon – Text-to-Speech (TTS) 🗣️ Deepgram – Speech-to-Text (STT) 🧠 Google Gemini – Large Language Model (LLM) ⚡ LiveKit – Real-time Voice Communication 🐍 Python ✅ What I Built Today Developed and configured a real-time AI Voice Agent Integrated Murf Falcon for high-quality, natural voice synthesis Connected Deepgram for accurate speech recognition Powered intelligent conversations using Google Gemini Enabled seamless real-time voice interactions with LiveKit Successfully tested end-to-end voice communication Built the initial version of a voice assistant designed to support farmers with crop guidance, weather updates, pest management, irrigation advice, and smart farming solutions. Beberapa bulan yang lalu saya punya rencana untuk mulai belajar dan mengembangkan sistem hidroponik. Ternyata tantangan pertama bukan saat tanaman sudah tumbuh, tetapi justru pada proses penyemaian. Sebagai seorang embedded system engineer, sebagian besar waktu saya habis untuk mendesain hardware, firmware, melakukan pengujian, hingga bertemu dengan klien. Ada kalanya saya harus keluar kota atau menghabiskan waktu seharian untuk meeting. Di sisi lain, proses penyemaian membutuhkan perhatian yang konsisten. Cahaya harus cukup, kelembaban harus terjaga, penyiraman tidak boleh terlambat, dan kondisi lingkungan harus tetap stabil. Beberapa kali saya pulang dan mendapati bibit yang saya semai sudah layu atau bahkan mati karena tidak sempat saya pantau. Saat itu saya berpikir, "Kalau saya bisa membuat sistem otomasi untuk berbagai kebutuhan industri, kenapa saya tidak membuat sistem yang bisa membantu saya sendiri?" Dari pertanyaan sederhana itulah saya mulai mengembangkan SEED-IS (Seed Intelligent System). Awalnya saya hanya ingin membuat "alat yang bisa menyiram otomatis". Namun semakin saya mengembangkannya, saya menyadari bahwa proses penyemaian tidak hanya soal pompa air. Saya mulai menambahkan pemantauan suhu, kelembaban, intensitas cahaya, pengaturan pencahayaan, pencatatan data, dashboard berbasis web, hingga dokumentasi pertumbuhan bibit agar setiap siklus penyemaian dapat dievaluasi. Hari ini SEED-IS masih dalam tahap prototype. Masih banyak yang harus diperbaiki, diuji, dan disempurnakan. Ternyata saya sadar, banyak produk yang bermanfaat lahir dari kebutuhan pribadi yang sederhana. I am delighted to share that our project, “Saha Store: A Low-Cost Modular Storage & Warehousing System for Smallholder Farmers,” has been selected among the Top 500 projects in Niral Thiruvizha 3.0, a prestigious innovation initiative organized by the Government of Tamil Nadu. As part of this achievement, we had the privilege of presenting our project at Anna University Regional Campus, Madurai. It was an incredible opportunity to demonstrate our working prototype, interact with the evaluation panel, and receive valuable feedback from experts and fellow innovators. 🌱 About the Project Saha Store is an affordable, IoT-enabled modular storage and warehousing solution designed to reduce post-harvest losses and improve the storage of agricultural produce for smallholder farmers. The system integrates three specialized modules: ❄️ Cold Storage Unit – Maintains an optimal low-temperature environment to extend the shelf life of perishable crops. 🌬️ Dry Ventilated Storage Unit – Continuously monitors temperature, humidity, and gas concentration while automatically controlling ventilation to maintain ideal storage conditions. ☀️ Solar-Electric Dryer Unit – Converts spoilage-prone agricultural produce into dried products, helping farmers reduce waste while creating value-added products. 💡 Key Features ✅ Real-time IoT monitoring using ESP32 ✅ Mobile and Web dashboard for live environmental monitoring ✅ Inventory management system for tracking stock usage and availability ✅ Automated environmental control based on sensor data ✅ Low-cost, modular, and scalable design suitable for smallholder farmers Being recognized among the Top 500 projects is a significant milestone in our journey. عمري ما كنت بدور على شهادة أو تكريم... لكن دايمًا كنت بدور إني أبقى أحسن من امبارح، وأتعلم أكتر، وأسيب أثر حلو. من كام سنة كنت طالب في كلية الزراعة، وبصراحة كنت تايه زي أي طالب. كنت نفسي ألاقي حد ييجي يقولي: بعد التخرج فيه إيه؟ أبدأ منين؟ أتعلم إيه؟ وإزاي أبني لنفسي طريق مختلف؟ للأسف وقتها مكنش فيه حد يقولنا إن الزراعة بقت عالم كبير جدًا، وإنها مش مجرد زراعة تقليدية. بقى فيها مكافحة حيوية، وIPM، وAgriTech، وتحليل بيانات، وصوب ذكية، وتكنولوجيا بتتطور كل يوم. عشان كده كنت سعيد جدًا لما جامعة عين شمس دعتني إني أتكلم مع طلاب برنامج الزراعة العضوية، وأحاول أنقل لهم جزء بسيط من اللي شوفته واتعلمته في سوق العمل. يمكن كلمة، أو فكرة، أو تجربة، تفتح لحد فيهم باب ماكنش شايفه. يمكن أكتر حاجة كانت مفرحاني، إني كنت واقف قدامهم مش كدكتور ولا أستاذ... لكن كواحد كان قاعد مكانهم من كام سنة، وقرر يجرب طريق مختلف. لو قدرت أكون سبب إن طالب واحد بس يشوف مستقبله بشكل مختلف، أو يبدأ يتحرك بدري، أو يكتشف فرصة ماكنش يعرفها... شكرًا لكل حد كان سبب في أي خطوة وصلتني لحد هنا. والرحلة لسه في أولها... وإن شاء الله اللي جاي أحسن. 🌱🤍
