These are some of the questions behind +VALORCER, a collaborative initiative bringing together more than 17 producer organisations and over 12,500 farmers across Portugal to strengthen the national cereal sector.
At NOVA Blockchain Lab, we're contributing by exploring how blockchain can support food traceability, making information across the value chain more transparent, verifiable, and trustworthy.
