Four days. One campus. Countless insights. And a cohort of leaders ready to shape the future of agribusiness!
We recently concluded the second and final on-campus phase of our flagship leadership development program, the LEAD Program—Lead, Engage, Accelerate, and Develop—at the beautiful campus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, marking an important milestone in the organization's leadership journey.
What made this phase special was not just the curriculum, but the intensity of learning and exchange. Conversations moved seamlessly from classrooms to corridors, from case studies to real-world business challenges, and from structured sessions to spontaneous peer learning.
Participants dove deep into areas that are redefining agribusiness today—from competitor analysis, rural market research, and agritech in fertilizer marketing to building information systems for farmers, innovation in agribusiness, new product development, and strategic market planning.
The pedagogy blended case discussions, industry examples, debates, and reflection, ensuring that every insight was tested against on-ground realities.
The energy peaked during the Action Learning Project reviews, where teams presented solutions to real business challenges before our President & Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Harshdeep Singh, and Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Rajneesh Bharadwaj, demonstrating how learning is already translating into impact.
The journey concluded with a warm and celebratory valedictory session—a moment of pride, reflection, and renewed commitment to lead with purpose.
A heartfelt thanks to our partners at IIM Lucknow for co-creating and delivering this transformative learning experience, and congratulations to all participants who continue to raise the bar for leadership in agribusiness.
Because leadership development is not an event—it’s a journey.
At Paradeep Phosphates, we believe learning gives leaders direction; leadership gives learning purpose.
