Mas começar 2026 a ser selecionado entre os 3 vencedores do Timbuktoo Angola AgriTech Hackathon com a LUNGISA AGRO prova que o nosso compromisso com soluções reais para Angola é imparável. 🚀 O Timbuktoo é a maior iniciativa pan-africana de apoio ao ecossistema de inovação, lançada pelo Programa de Desenvolvimento das Nações Unidas (UNDP Africa) para transformar o continente através de 10 Hubs temáticos em cidades-chave africanas. E aqui, em Luanda, o foco é o AgriTech. Foi maravilhoso participar nisto no ISPTEC - Instituto Superior Politécnico de Tecnologias e Ciências /Escola 42 Luanda, com 64 jovens inovadores provenientes de Benguela, Bié, Huambo, Huíla, Uíge e Luanda, seleccionados entre 548 inscritos, numa imersão de 72 horas intensas (24 à 26 de Fev), de inovação, colaboração e construção de soluções reais para um dos sectores mais importantes da nossa economia: a agricultura. E no final dessa jornada… A minha equipa LUNGISA AGRO foi selecionada entre as 3 melhores soluções do Hackathon. Sem classificações, sem primeiro, segundo ou terceiro lugar — apenas as soluções com maior potencial para transformar o sector agrícola em Angola. E isso torna esta conquista ainda mais especial. Porque não se tratou apenas de competir. Tratou-se de criar algo que realmente pode impactar vidas. Mas a jornada não termina aqui. La superficialità può costare molto. Negli ultimi mesi il settore energetico ha registrato situazioni concrete: – Comunità Energetiche annunciate come operative ma non formalmente registrate presso il GSE. – Incentivi PNRR o Conto Termico promessi e poi bloccati per errori documentali o pratiche non correttamente gestite. – Installazioni avviate e sospese dopo l’incasso degli acconti. – Progetti agrivoltaici presentati per accedere ai contributi, con strutture agricole realizzate solo formalmente (serre non funzionali o prive di reale integrazione agricola) e successivamente oggetto di verifiche o blocchi. Non è allarmismo. È un effetto tipico dei mercati in rapida espansione. Quando entrano molti operatori in poco tempo, aumenta la complessità tecnica e normativa. E la complessità non si gestisce con slogan. Il fotovoltaico non è solo un impianto. È un progetto che coinvolge: – Normativa GSE – Gestione incentivi – Requisiti tecnici – Responsabilità contrattuali – Simulazioni economiche su orizzonti pluriennali Per questo, prima di firmare, è legittimo chiedere: – Chi gestisce realmente le pratiche GSE? – Chi si assume la responsabilità degli incentivi? – Le strutture sono conformi ai requisiti normativi? – Le simulazioni economiche sono documentate?
