«کشاورزی به وام ارزان نیاز ندارد!» سال‌هاست هر زمان صحبت از تأمین مالی کشاورزی می‌شود، اولین راهکار، کاهش نرخ سود یا تخصیص منابع ارزان‌قیمت است. فرض کنید فصل کشت آغاز شده است. کشاورز باید همین هفته بذر، کود یا سم تهیه کند. اگر اعتبار یک ماه بعد برسد، حتی با پایین‌ترین نرخ سود، دیگر ارزشی ندارد؛ چون فصل از دست رفته است. در کشاورزی، زمان بخشی از سرمایه است. بسیاری از کشاورزان، بیش از آنکه به دنبال پول ارزان باشند، به اعتبار سریع، ساده و متناسب با نیاز واقعی خود احتیاج دارند. اما یک سؤال اساسی وجود دارد: چگونه می‌توان در چند دقیقه، با اطمینان تصمیم گرفت که یک کشاورز چه میزان اعتبار باید دریافت کند؟ اینجاست که مدل‌های رایج اعتبارسنجی با چالش مواجه می‌شوند. کشاورزی را نمی‌توان فقط با گردش حساب، چک یا سوابق بانکی ارزیابی کرد. ریسک واقعی در مزرعه کشاورز شکل می‌گیرد. به همین دلیل، ما یک لندتک تخصصی توسعه داده‌ایم که ریسک هر مزرعه را بر پایه داده‌های واقعی اندازه‌گیری کرده و حد اعتباری متناسب با ظرفیت واقعی هر کشاورز را محاسبه می‌کند. وقتی ریسک دقیق‌تر سنجیده شود، تصمیم‌گیری درباره اعطای اعتبار نیز از حدس و تجربه فاصله می‌گیرد؛ ریسک نکول کاهش می‌یابد، منابع مالی کارآمدتر تخصیص پیدا می‌کنند و دسترسی کشاورزان به اعتبار، سریع‌تر و مطمئن‌تر می‌شود. شاید آینده تأمین مالی کشاورزی، بیش از آنکه به پول ارزان وابسته باشد، به شناخت دقیق ریسک وابسته باشد. و ما در مزرعه، در حال ساختن همین زیرساخت هستیم. #Agritech #Fintech #AgriFintech

Il y a des projets qui nous rappellent pourquoi nous avons choisi cette voie. 📸 Les deux premières photos me montrent en train d'installer un système d'irrigation goutte-à-goutte dans une serre agricole. À ce moment-là, il ne s'agissait que d'une vision : utiliser chaque goutte d'eau de manière efficace, améliorer les rendements et accompagner les producteurs avec des solutions adaptées à notre réalité. 📸 Les photos suivantes racontent la suite de cette histoire. Quelques mois plus tard, les tomates sont arrivées à maturité et la récolte est devenue la preuve que la technologie, lorsqu'elle est bien pensée, produit des résultats concrets. Mais cette réussite ne repose pas uniquement sur l'irrigation. Les cultures ont également bénéficié d'un engrais organique produit à partir des larves de Mouches Soldats Noires, démontrant qu'il est possible de transformer les déchets organiques en un intrant agricole performant. C'est toute la logique de l'économie circulaire : les déchets d'aujourd'hui deviennent les ressources qui nourrissent l'agriculture de demain. Ces expériences de terrain ont profondément façonné ma vision. Elles ont montré que les défis liés à l'eau, aux déchets et à la sécurité alimentaire ne doivent pas être abordés séparément. Ils peuvent être résolus ensemble grâce à l'innovation, aux solutions locales et à une approche intégrée. Aujourd'hui, cette conviction continue d'inspirer notre travail cavec une ambition de construire des solutions qui créent simultanément un impact environnemental, économique et social. Chaque projet est une leçon. Chaque récolte est une preuve que l'innovation prend tout son sens lorsqu'elle améliore concrètement la vie des communautés. ENGLISH There are projects that remind us why we chose this path. 📸 The first photo shows me installing a drip irrigation system in an agricultural greenhouse. At the time, it was just a vision: to use every drop of water efficiently, improve yields, and support growers with solutions tailored to our reality. 📸 The second photo tells the rest of the story. A few months later, the tomatoes ripened, and the harvest proved that technology, when well-designed, produces tangible results. But this success isn’t based solely on irrigation. The crops also benefited from an organic fertilizer produced from black soldier fly larvae, demonstrating that it’s possible to transform organic waste into a high-performance agricultural input. This is the very essence of the circular economy: today’s waste becomes the resources that nourish tomorrow’s agriculture. These field experiments have profoundly shaped my vision. They have shown that the challenges related to water, waste, and food security should not be addressed separately. They can be solved together through innovation, local solutions, and an integrated approach. Every project is a lesson. 🌱 Application de biostimulants et fertilisants sur tomate cerise en culture sous serre 🍅 Dans le cadre du suivi technique de la culture de la tomate cerise, nous avons réalisé une application de biostimulants et d'engrais PK afin de soutenir les différentes phases du développement végétatif et reproductif. Les produits utilisés avaient pour objectifs : ✅ Stimuler le développement du système racinaire. ✅ Favoriser la floraison et améliorer la nouaison. ✅ Renforcer l'activité biologique du sol grâce aux substances organiques et aux micro-organismes. ✅ Assurer un apport équilibré en phosphore, potassium et oligo-éléments pour accompagner les besoins de la culture. 𝗗𝗚𝗖𝗔-𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱. 𝟭𝟰 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹. ₹𝟮𝟴 𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀 𝗠𝗥𝗥. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀. A Bhopal commercial drone services company. Agricultural spraying, surveying, and infrastructure inspection. Founded 3 years ago. Revenue growing. Retention collapsing. CAC was increasing every quarter because clients were churning after 1–2 engagements. The founder's assumption: pricing was too high. He was preparing a 15% rate reduction. 𝗛𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗔𝗜 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗶𝗨𝗦 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭: Churn had nothing to do with price. Exit interviews across 22 churned clients revealed one consistent theme: No follow-through. Clients received drone imagery, NDVI maps, and inspection reports. And then received zero help interpreting or acting on it. Competitors offering interpretation and agronomic advisory post-delivery had 4.1x higher retention. He was selling raw data in a market that needed actionable insight. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮: The infrastructure inspection segment was 6x higher in value and completely underpenetrated. Telecom tower inspection: ₹18,000–₹24,000 per tower vs ₹3,200 per acre for agricultural spraying. MP had 4,200+ telecom towers. Six national telecom vendors had active empanelment programs for drone inspection vendors. He had empanelled with none. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟯: Government contracts were structurally available and structurally ignored. MP government departments, PWD, Forest Department, and Urban Development had drone survey budget lines. GeM portal registration: 6-week process. Zero competitive drone vendors are registered in Madhya Pradesh. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟰: A partnership with an agri-input company compressed his agricultural CAC by 91%. Godrej Agrovet and Coromandel had a farmer network distribution reaching the exact agricultural buyer. Co-marketing agreements in comparable states had produced 3.2x volume at minimal CAC. Rate cut cancelled. Interpretation layer built. Telecom empanelment initiated.
