A farmer doesn't care about our funding round; they care about the crop losses we helped them prevent. So here's the math we actually lead with when we're in front of one. A farmer using PondTrust® saves close to 47% on probiotic costs per acre per year. A farmer using Mintamix® saves around 53% on mineral application costs per acre per year, against the leading brands they were using before us. We're not the cheapest product on the shelf. Look at our pricing and you'll find we sit at medium-high, not low. A cheap input that fails mid-cycle will always cost a farmer more than a reliable one that protects their yield to the end. Where we truly excel is the per-acre application cost. Thanks to our deep compatibility with Indian farming conditions, we ultimately deliver the lowest total cost to the farmer. That math is why our dealer retention has held at 79% over the past six months, and climbed to 90% last quarter alone. None of this comes from guesswork. Every recommendation starts with our Farmer Success Partners (FSPs) on the ground, running IP-driven precision diagnostics pond by pond and building a prescription around what that specific pond needs, not a generic product push, no fear-based selling. We didn't build "Uncertainty to Confidence" as a tagline first and a product second. The number came from farmers telling us, cycle after cycle, that the uncertainty was gone. Day two was called "Digital Africa". I would call it a masterclass in designing for the customer you actually have. At iHub, Nairobi's original tech hub, Andrew Mwavua of Tesia Ventures walked us through the technology factors that decide whether a business succeeds in Africa. Not the technology you'd like to deploy. The one your customer can access, afford and trust. Then we saw it in practice. Turaco, Africa's leading microinsurance and technology company, builds cover around what a boda-boda driver can actually afford, down to daily payment schedules. In Europe we would call this product innovation. In Kenya it's simply the only way the product exists at all. The day ended at Strathmore Business School (SBS), where Harmony Edge presented its AI-enabled agritech. And here I noticed something that made me quietly envious as a Bulgarian: the distance between academia and business in Nairobi is close to zero. Companies present on campus, professors introduce founders, founders come back to teach. My takeaway as a finance professional: innovation follows unmet need, not the other way around. In Europe we design products first and look for customers second. In Kenya I saw the reverse, everywhere. Honest question to my finance and banking connections: when did you last design a product around what the customer can actually afford, rather than what your systems can process?
