Le conseil constitutionnel a notamment validé sans réserve les avancées quevj'ai porte au Senat notamment l’article sur l’application de la loi littoral autour des lacs de montagne comme le lac de Serre-Ponçon, qui avait été visé par la saisine des députés LFI et écologistes. 😁 - La PPL relative au droit à l'aide active à mourir est CONFORME à la Constitution (avec quelques réserves de fond). - Le PJL d'urgence agricole est CONFORME à la Constitution à l'exception de quelques articles mineurs qui ont été censurés -les dispositions sur l'eau et sur la possibilité très encadrées de réintroduire des néocotinoïdes [ notamment pour la filière pommes] sont maintenues-. - La PPL visant à interdire les réseaux sociaux au moins de 15 ans est NON CONFORME à la Constitution (en raison d'une "atteinte disproportionnée aux libertés"). #JMArnaud #Sénateurdeterrain Groupe Union Centriste du Sénat

Collecting farm data is the easy part. Using it well is where the real value shows up. A lot of farms now have satellite images, soil readings, and weather data. But data sitting in a dashboard does not change a single irrigation decision, fertilizer choice, or input bill. The difference is simple: information only matters when it reaches someone who can act on it, in time, in a language they trust. That is why the strongest agritech systems do more than collect signals. They turn those signals into clear next steps, then deliver them through trusted local people farmers already know. That last mile matters. If a recommendation arrives too late, it is just a report. If it arrives in a format farmers understand, it becomes a decision. We saw that in the Assam pilot with 27 farmers. Timely guidance delivered through WhatsApp in farmers’ own language helped drive a 28% yield increase and an 18% reduction in input costs. Same data. Very different outcome. The lesson for any farm operation is worth sitting with: don’t ask whether you have data. Ask who is translating it into action, and whether that happens before the window closes. Traceability is often framed as a compliance obligation. In export agriculture, I think it is better understood as market infrastructure. Australia’s government announced 10 new agricultural traceability grants sharing $4 million in June. The program links stronger traceability with more transparent supply chains, simpler assurance, biosecurity response and international market competitiveness. What stands out to me is that digitisation alone is not the objective. Agricultural evidence has to move across farms, processors, auditors, regulators and buyers without losing its meaning. That makes interoperability, consistent data definitions, permissioned sharing and operational workflows just as important as the interface. For AgriTech builders, the product question should therefore be larger than: “Can we store this record?” A better question is: “Can the right evidence reach the right party, in the right form, when a commercial or compliance decision depends on it?” When that works, traceability does more than document history. It can reduce friction, strengthen trust and support access to markets.
