PLANT PARALYSIS IS NOT ALWAYS A TECHNOLOGY PROBLEM.
It can begin much earlier. When a CBG project is discussed only in terms of TPD capacity, equipment and project cost, some of the most important questions can remain unanswered :
Is the feedstock really available?
Is the process engineered around the actual feedstock?
Is the site suitable?
Are utilities and infrastructure properly planned?
How will the gas be evacuated and utilised?
Who will integrate the entire project from concept to commissioning?
And who will make sure the plant is actually operable after commissioning?
A CBG plant is not simply a collection of equipment. It is a complex infrastructure project where feedstock, process technology, engineering, utilities, civil infrastructure, equipment integration, execution, operations and gas offtake have to work together. That is where an engineering-led PMC + EPC approach becomes critical.
At KEC Agritech, we look at CBG projects beyond the equipment package.
From feasibility and project planning to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational readiness, the objective is to connect every critical element into one executable project.
Because the goal should not simply be : “Build a CBG plant.”
The goal should be :
DESIGN IT RIGHT.
ENGINEER IT RIGHT.
EXECUTE IT RIGHT.
MAKE IT PERFORM.
