Après l’annonce de l’obligation des Certificats de Production de Biogaz (CPB) en 2026, beaucoup se demandent : concrètement, comment cela va fonctionner ? Voici le décryptage : 1️⃣ Obligation légale À partir du 1er janvier 2026, chaque fournisseur de gaz devra restituer des CPB proportionnels aux volumes livrés aux clients résidentiels et tertiaires. 2️⃣ Principe de traçabilité Un CPB atteste qu’une quantité de biométhane a été produite et injectée dans le réseau. C’est un titre de propriété, comparable aux CEE mais dédié au biogaz. 3️⃣ Transmission automatique Les CPB seront intégrés directement dans les factures des acheteurs de gaz. Les clients n’auront aucune démarche à faire : le coût sera visible et transparent. 4️⃣ Marché dédié Les CPB pourront être échangés entre acteurs, créant un marché spécifique qui valorise la production de biométhane. 5️⃣ Impact économique Un surcoût apparaîtra sur les factures, destiné à financer la filière biométhane. Les entreprises devront anticiper ce coût dans leurs stratégies d’achat d’énergie. 6️⃣ Objectifs stratégiques • Accélérer la transition énergétique • Soutenir la méthanisation locale • Réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre • Renforcer l’indépendance énergétique française --- En tant que spécialiste, mon rôle est d’accompagner les entreprises dans cette transition : • Comprendre les obligations réglementaires • Évaluer les impacts financiers réels • Transformer cette contrainte en levier stratégique et de crédibilité #TransitionÉnergétique #Biogaz #CPB2026 #Réglementation #Gaz
