𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐎𝐍’𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄 𝐈𝐓 — 𝐍𝐄𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐈 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐈 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐀𝐖 𝐈𝐓. I am pleased to share that our team secured the 2𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at the Annam.AI Hackathon 2025 and won ₹𝟒,𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 in prize money — a national, program hosted by IIT Ropar’s Centre of Excellence in AI for Agriculture under the Ministry of Education. Our project, 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 — an AI-Powered Crop Intelligence Platform — was recognised among the Top 5 solutions in India and has now been shortlisted for Phase II: Mentored Research and Potential Funding under the mission “𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘈𝘐 𝘪𝘯 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘢, 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘈𝘐 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘢.” My team — ASTITVA AGARWAL ,Yash Kumar ,Parthivi Jain ,Surya— competed against highly capable teams from across India, including students, academicians, researchers and domain experts. Reaching the podium in such a competitive cohort was both humbling and energising. The journey wasn’t smooth. It was filled with quick iterations, design pivots, failed demos, and long work cycles. But it pushed us to think like product builders, not just developers. A few lessons became very clear: Execution matters more than untested ideas. Storytelling shapes how technical work is understood. Consistent progress beats waiting for the perfect moment. I am grateful to ANNAM.AI and Entire Team and Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar for the platform and recognition, to our mentor Bikram Kalsi for his guidance, and to my mentors at GLA— Dr. Ram Manohar Nisarg NS ,Monu Kumar bhaiya ,Samarth Vohra bhaiya ,Dr. Rohini Raina maam , Dr. Himanshu Sharma sir their continuous support. Today, finally… acceptance came.
