🌱 Smart Crop Health Management System Using IoT 🚀
Agriculture today needs more than traditional practices — it needs intelligence, precision, and real-time insights. With that vision in mind, I recently developed a Smart Crop Health Management System to support data-driven farming and better crop-care decisions.

Raspberry Pi 5
DHT22 Temperature & Humidity Sensor
Soil Moisture Sensor
Soil pH Sensor
Raindrop Sensor
ThingSpeak Cloud Platform
📡 System Workflow: The Raspberry Pi continuously reads sensor data and sends it to ThingSpeak using a Write API. The platform evaluates and visualizes the information through real-time graphs, enabling easy interpretation of key soil and environmental parameters.
🌾 Impact & Use Cases: This system can help farmers and researchers:
✔️ Make intelligent irrigation decisions and avoid crop diseases due to overwatering
✔️ Apply fertilizers precisely where needed instead of uniformly across fields
✔️ Monitor soil parameters remotely in real time
