My heart is full. To have been selected by the Kenya Sugar Board to stand as a panelist and share perspectives on "Decentralizing & Facilitating Access to Clean & High-Quality Planting Material" was not just an honor, it felt like a homecoming. To share a stage with giants of our industry, to lock eyes with farmers in the audience and see their nodding agreement, to spar gently with fellow experts on solutions… this is the stuff that recharges the soul. The energy in the Grand Royal Swiss Hotel was palpable, a tangible buzz of "what if" and "why not."

Seeing the theory connect so vividly with the tools was, for me, the highlight.
I am returning not with a folder of notes, but with a heart full of new connections, a mind buzzing with refined ideas, and a spirit fortified by the collective will in that room. We are not just talking about change; we are becoming the architects of it.
