Lee Kyeoungmin, Senior Sector Manager chez Better World, et Dr Song Gicheol, expert en technologies agricoles et en coopération internationale. Cette rencontre s’inscrit dans le cadre des échanges préparatoires autour d’un projet d’agriculture intelligente face au climat, envisagé en Tunisie avec le soutien de la KOICA. Nos discussions ont porté sur l’optimisation de l’irrigation, la réduction de la consommation d’eau, l’utilisation des technologies IoT et l’identification de fermes pilotes en Tunisie. Nous remercions chaleureusement nos visiteurs pour la qualité des échanges et l’intérêt porté aux solutions développées par Smart Farm. Tanaman bukan sekadar komoditas—ia adalah mesin bisnis yang harus dioptimalkan secara presisi dari benih hingga pasar. Karena bisnis pertanian tidak akan pernah mati. Namun, mengapa banyak agritech startup di Indonesia gugur di tengah jalan? Masalah utamanya ada pada fondasi pendekatannya. Terlalu banyak pihak yang membangun agribisnis berpatokan kaku pada gelar formal, bukan pada validasi lapangan. Di dunia pertanian, hierarki keberhasilan dibangun atas pengetahuan terapan & literatur ilmiah, pemahaman mendalam atas karakter lahan dan tanaman, pengalaman & adaptasi lapangan, baru kemudian kredensial akademis mengikuti. Ketika fondasi ini absen, "silat lidah" dan dalih klasik seperti lokasi lahan, iklim, serangan hama masif, atau faktor lingkungan dijadikan alasan saat proyek gagal. Padahal, kegagalan tersebut berakar dari kurangnya kapabilitas agronomis mendasar. Di saat sains global berhasil menyulap gurun menjadi kawasan produktif, mencetak produktivitas kentang hingga 70 ton/ha, serta mengoptimalkan efisiensi air via teknologi presisi; di dalam negeri kita masih terjebak dalam perdebatan dikotomi yang dangkal: Organik vs Kimia. Pertanian yang sehat itu bukan semata-mata karena label "organik"-nya. Pertanian sehat adalah sistem yang mampu menciptakan ekosistem yang seimbang, produknya mengandung nutrisi maksimal, lalu secara ketat menghindari pencemaran logam berat berbahaya (seperti Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Br, etc), serta memahami dengan presisi kebutuhan nutrisi tanaman berdasarkan fase pertumbuhannya. Analogi Nutrisi Nasi adalah makanan pokok kebanyakan orang Indonesia. Namun, apakah bayi yang baru lahir boleh diberi nasi? Jika bayi baru lahir diberi nasi lalu mengalami gangguan pencernaan berat hingga menyebabkan kematian, apakah nasinya yang salah, atau orang yang memberikannya? Logika yang sama berlaku penuh di dunia pertanian. Ketika aplikasi pupuk seperti Urea, NPK/Phonska, atau TSP memicu kerusakan tanah dan lingkungan, mengapa pupuknya yang disalahkan? Di mana logikanya? Pupuk hanyalah nutrient carrier, kerusakan terjadi akibat ketidakpahaman terhadap dosis, rasio hara, kondisi pH, cation exchange capacity (KTK) tanah, serta fase kebutuhan fisiologis tanaman. Sudah saatnya kita menghentikan perdebatan dogmatis dan kembali ke prinsip sains fundamental: pahami bahasa biologis tanaman. Selama sebuah entitas belum mampu mengeksekusi manajemen nutrisi presisi dan membaca dinamika fisiologi tanaman secara akurat, agregasi teknologi atau gelar akademis setinggi apa pun tidak akan menyelamatkan agribisnis dari kegagalan. #Agronomy #Agribusiness #PrecisionFarming #CropNutrition #SoilHealth #PlantPhysiology #SmartFarming #AgricultureIndonesia

The idea behind KrishiMitra AI was to make agricultural information more accessible, simple, and interactive by enabling farmers to communicate through voice and receive AI-powered guidance in multiple languages. ✨ What KrishiMitra AI offers: 🎙️ Voice-based farmer queries 🌐 Multilingual interaction 🤖 AI-powered agricultural assistance 🔊 Voice-based responses 📝 Query history for easy reference 💻 Tech Stack: Python, Flask, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Faster-Whisper, LLM, Edge TTS & SQLite. This project was a great learning experience that helped me explore Generative AI, speech-to-text technology, API integration, backend development, and real-world problem solving while working collaboratively with a team.
