On enchaîne.

🚀 Day 6 of 10 Days of Voice Agents – #VoiceForBharat Edition 📞🌾 Today, TechSeva Support learned something new — how to make outbound calls! Until now, the assistant waited for users to open the application and start a conversation. Today, I connected it with a telephony service so it can proactively reach users when something important happens. For the Farm & Field track, I built an outbound crop price alert use case. 🌾 A farmer can set a preferred price threshold for their crop. 📊 When the available market data reaches that threshold, TechSeva Support can trigger an outbound call. 📞 The agent calls the farmer and explains why it is calling. 🗣️ The farmer can ask follow-up questions naturally through voice. 🛑 The call also clearly provides an option to stop receiving future calls. One important lesson from today was that outbound voice AI is different from inbound conversations. The user didn't initiate the call, so the agent needs to immediately explain who is calling, why they're calling, and how the user can opt out. The voice experience continues to be powered by Murf Falcon, one of the fastest TTS APIs. Day 6 Progress: ✅ Integrated outbound calling ✅ Farm & Field use case ✅ Crop price threshold alert ✅ Natural voice conversation ✅ Clear call introduction & opt-out ✅ Proactive user notification From remembering users → using real data → proactively calling them. TechSeva Support is becoming more than just a chatbot — it's becoming a proactive voice assistant. 🤖🇮🇳 Building for Bharat, one day at a time. 12 hours. One idea. A lot of bugs. And somehow… we shipped. ⚡ Hacknite 2026 — 12-Hour Offline Hackathon Grand Finale. Took AgroWeb from an idea to a working prototype with Tm_BODMAS — exploring how technology can make the farming ecosystem smarter while creating a more direct connection between farmers and consumers. 🌱 The interesting part wasn't just building the product. It was building it under a 12-hour clock — making decisions fast, cutting what wasn't essential, debugging when things broke, and continuously turning an idea into something usable. Idea → Build → Break → Fix → Ship. 🚀 Proud to have led Tm_BODMAS through the Grand Finale Hackers Cult and bring AgroWeb to final submission. Still a prototype. Still a lot to improve. But definitely something worth building further. 👀 #Hacknite2026 #Hackathon #AgroWeb #TmBODMAS #ReactJS #AgriTech #WebDevelopment #BuildInPublic #TechCommunity

At the ET Rajasthan Water Conclave 2026, Vishal Bhardwaj, Head CSR, Shree Cement Ltd., spoke about how artificial intelligence is emerging as a powerful tool for water-efficient agriculture. He highlighted how farmers are beginning to use AI-based systems to measure soil moisture, automate irrigation, and determine both the timing and quantity of water required for irrigation. These technologies can help improve water-use efficiency, reduce wastage and support better decision-making across the agricultural value chain. The farmer creates the value. Dotmobi helps protect it at the weighing point. A farmer can spend months growing, maintaining and harvesting produce. But when that produce reaches the buying point, its value can be determined in just a few seconds: At the weighing scale. That is where kilograms become money. And if the weighing transaction is manipulated, part of the farmer’s hard-earned value can disappear immediately. In May 2023, a publicly reported government inspection at tea buying centres in Githunguri, Kenya, found preliminary discrepancies of at least 1.4 kg for every 10 kg delivered on affected weighing scales. That is equivalent to about 14% of the weight-linked value of an affected transaction. This does not mean every weighing point experiences such losses. It demonstrates, however, how significant the economic impact can become when weighing integrity is compromised. At Dotmobi, this is the problem we are working to address through the Weighing Scale Tampering Guard (WSTG). WSTG is designed to strengthen the integrity of agricultural weighing transactions by supporting: ✅ Revenue Protection – helping safeguard the value represented by every legitimate kilogram. ✅ Farmer Trust – creating greater transparency around what is weighed and recorded. ✅ Auditability & Accountability – providing stronger digital transaction evidence for management and investigations. ✅ Data Visibility – improving oversight across decentralised weighing points. ✅ Compliance Support – strengthening traceability and governance around agricultural transactions. Our experience has already given us a significant operating footprint: 70 factories 800+ devices deployed 600,000+ farmers within the served ecosystem But the bigger opportunity extends beyond tea. The same challenge exists wherever agricultural produce is: Aggregated → Weighed → Valued → Paid That includes tea, coffee, cocoa, dairy, grain and many other agricultural value chains across Africa. Agriculture is becoming increasingly digital. But digital systems are only as trustworthy as the data entering them. That is why we believe the next stage of agricultural digitalisation must include trusted data at the point of capture. Our mission is simple: Protect the value farmers create and help build fairer, more transparent agricultural value chains. Fair Weight. Fair Pay. Trusted Transactions. #Dotmobi #WSTG #AgriTech #IoT #Agriculture #Farmers #FoodSecurity #DigitalAgriculture #Traceability #Innovation #AfricaTech #FarmerProtection #AgriculturalTechnology

#senegal #womeneconomicempowerment #youtheconomicempowerment #climatesmartagriculture
