Le Sud a permis au Maroc de développer une agriculture moderne, performante et fortement orientée vers l’export. Mais demain, devons-nous continuer à étendre certaines productions dans les régions les plus contraintes en eau ? Ou devons-nous progressivement repenser la géographie de notre agriculture et développer davantage certaines filières dans le Nord et les régions où la disponibilité en eau est plus favorable ?
