Introducing the "Digital Guardian" Remember that costly "discovery gap", the time, money, and stress lost between a problem starting and a person finding it? We didn't just identify the problem; we built the solution. Imagine a Digital Guardian for your most critical assets. One that never sleeps, constantly monitoring the conditions that matter most: For the Farmer: A system that whispers a warning about declining soil moisture before the crops show any visible sign of stress. For the Property Manager: An instant alert about a tiny pressure drop in a pipe long before it escalates into a catastrophic flood. This isn't future tech. This is what we're building today with Mori, our IoT platform. We are closing that discovery gap, turning reactive fixes into proactive, predictive management. The Question: How would eliminating a key "discovery gap" transform the efficiency and peace of mind in your operations? Share your thoughts below! 👇 Want to see the data? We detailed how the Mori platform works in practice in our free guide. 👉 Download the SmartVie Guide here: www.smartvie.net #IoT #AgriTech #PropTech #SmartBuildings #PrecisionAgriculture #Innovation #BusinessEfficiency #Mori

Heritage. Innovation. Sustainability. All in One Jar. At Oyedesi Agritech Services Pvt. Ltd., our mission has always been clear— to transform India’s agricultural landscape through sustainable and regenerative farming practices. Every day, our teams work across multiple crops, post-harvest systems, and value-addition processes to build a future where farmers thrive, consumers trust their food, and the planet heals. But sometimes, innovation means looking back before moving forward. And that’s what led us to a remarkable journey— a journey that began in the orchards of the Mallika Mango, known fondly as the Queen among Mangoes… and ended in the warm kitchen of an 80-year-old grandmother with a recipe worth preserving for generations. Revisiting an 80-Year-Old Heritage Recipe Our Oyedesi Food-Tech team set out to rediscover the legacy of one of India’s most loved traditional preparations— "Aam Ka Murrabba". This wasn’t just a recipe revival. It was a tribute to India’s culinary roots. From hand-harvesting raw Mallika mangoes, to meticulously cleaning, grating, and slow-cooking them in small batches, every step carries the essence of a time-honored craft. To elevate this heritage delicacy, we brought together nature’s finest: 🌸 Pure Kashmiri Saffron 🌿 Black Pepper, Cinnamon & Clove from Kerala 🔥 Red Chilli from Guntur 🍯 Forest Honey 🍬 Sulphur-Free Sugar Turmeric from Salem. All blended with pure love, patience, and passion. **The Result ? A Signature Oyedesi Creation: "Aam Ka Murrabba".** Packed in a specially crafted lead-free glass bottle, this isn’t just a product. It is heritage preserved, culture celebrated, and sustainability honored. It is the story of: ✔ Farmers who grow with dignity ✔ Ingredients sourced with responsibility ✔ Techniques inspired by tradition ✔ Food made with transparency ✔ A brand built with purpose This is Oyedesi... Where sustainability meets storytelling... Where value addition becomes empowerment... Where every Jar carries the heart of India... Presenting “Aam Ka Murrabba” – From the House of Oyedesi. A taste of tradition. A commitment to purity. Forensics & Food : Strengthening India’s Authenticity Ecosystem It was indeed a privilege to interact with @Naresh Khanna at the ASPA event and to learn about the impactful work being undertaken through his publication platforms and conferences in advancing technology, authentication, and industrial resilience. I am delighted to learn about the upcoming @FoodTekPack 2025 Conference, scheduled for 11–12 December 2025 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, and I am pleased to accept his kind invitation to join as a speaker. The proposed session on farm-level authentication and traceability of seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, and food outputs aligns closely with my academic and professional engagement in applying forensic science to strengthen national systems. In an era where food safety, sustainability, and supply chain integrity are of paramount importance, the integration of forensic tools with digital traceability frameworks offers a powerful pathway for building public trust and protecting national interests. I look forward to delivering my talks on: 1. “Building an Authentic India: Integrating Forensics and Digital Traceability into the Food Supply Chain” ,and 2. “Lessons in Regulation, Enforcement, and Forensic Readiness.” My work over the years—as a police officer (CBI, Interpol), forensic investigator, academic, and advisor—has been centred on leveraging scientific evidence, forensic intelligence, and technology-driven authentication to detect crime, secure convictions, and strengthen institutional capabilities. From counterfeit medicines to agrochemical fraud, from wildlife crime to major railway investigations, my endeavour has consistently been to demonstrate how forensic science can transform enforcement, regulation, and industry practices for the larger public good. I also wish to express my sincere gratitude to the ASPA Board, particularly Nakul Pasricha, Manoj Kochar, and Puneet Maithani, for inviting me to the Board Meeting. It was at this forum that I had the opportunity to meet Shri Naresh Khanna, who graciously extended the invitation to speak at FoodTekPack 2025. I look forward to contributing to this important national conversation. #Forensics #FoodSafety #SupplyChainIntegrity #Authentication #Traceability #CounterfeitPrevention #AgriTech #FoodTech #RegulatoryScience #ForensicReadiness #Sustainability #NationalSecurity #ASPA #FoodTekPack2025 #FarmToFork #ScienceForJustice #BuildingAuthenticIndia
