🌾 Smart Agriculture Monitoring & Automation System — IoT + AI-Powered Farming!
We developed an intelligent Smart Agriculture System designed to help farmers monitor their crop conditions in real time, automate irrigation, and receive instant alerts — making farming smarter, safer, and more efficient.
Our system combines Arduino sensors, Python data processing, real-time GUI visualization, and Telegram alerts to modernize traditional agriculture.
🔍 Key Features
- Real-Time Sensor Monitoring (Temperature, Humidity, Soil Moisture, Gas, Rain)
- Automated Irrigation using Servo & Relay
-Live Python Dashboard with Charts, Gauges & Progress Bars
-Rain Percentage Alerts (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
- Soil Dryness Detection & Pump Auto-Control
- Gas Leakage Detection & Emergency Alert System
- Instant Telegram Notifications
- Multi-threaded Serial Communication for Smooth Live Data
