Building for rural India isn't a one-time idea it's a continuous process of learning, validating, and improving.
A few months ago, we introduced ShetYoddha and shared our vision of building an Agricultural Execution Platform that connects farmers with farm labour, machinery owners, service providers, and rural entrepreneurs.
Recently, I had another opportunity to meet the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, to share our progress since our last discussion and seek guidance on the next phase of our journey.
This wasn't just a courtesy meeting.
It was a chance to validate what we have learned from the ground, discuss the challenges we're seeing, and understand how we can build a model that creates real value for rural communities.
What have we learned so far?
🌱 We have started receiving service requests from the ground.
🌱 Farmers are willing to adopt digital solutions when they solve real problems.
🌱 Trust is built through local relationships, not technology alone.
🌱 Every village works differently, so execution must be local before it can scale.
One of the biggest takeaways from our discussions has been the importance of building with the existing rural ecosystem instead of trying to replace it.
That's why our next step is focused on creating a network of Business Development Partners (BDPs) at the village level.
These local partners will help farmers, farm labourers, machinery owners, and service providers come onto the platform, support onboarding, increase awareness, and earn through a transparent referral and incentive model.
Our goal isn't simply to onboard users.
Our goal is to create local digital entrepreneurs who become trusted connectors within their own communities.
As ShetYoddha grows, we also envision bringing together:

Every conversation with farmers, community leaders, and administrators reminds us of one important lesson:
Technology alone cannot transform agriculture. People, trust, and execution will.
I sincerely thank the CEO, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, for taking the time to review our progress, share practical guidance, and encourage us to continue building solutions rooted in ground realities.
We're still at the beginning of this journey, but every village we visit, every conversation we have, and every service successfully completed strengthens our belief that meaningful change starts from the ground up.
