    On enchaîne. Il est maintenant très probable que nous allons vivre l'El-Nino le plus intense depuis le début de son observation sur Terre (et surement depuis des siècles). Les premiers effets se font sentir avec un décrochage total des températures mondiales. Le mois d'août 2026 pourrait être le mois d'août le plus chaud sur Terre depuis le début des mesures. Nous ne sommes qu'à 0.11°C du record absolu mondial de température et 0.01°C du record absolu de la surface des océans. La méditerranée enchaîne les records absolus de température avec une canicule marine qui dure depuis des semaines avec jusqu'à +3 à +6°C d'anomalie. Les derniers relevés montrent qu'avec une moyenne de 28.5°C, la surface de la mer Méditerranée vient de battre son record absolu de température. En d'autres termes, la mer Méditerranée n'a jamais été aussi chaude tous mois confondus. Ce n'est que le début. Nous sommes partis pour 1 an d'incroyables records à l'échelle planétaire.

For procurement teams and growers, the goal is to find a supplier whose capabilities align with the harvest system they run. Choose the supplier whose manufacturing reality fits the way you actually work in the field. Beberapa bulan yang lalu saya punya rencana untuk mulai belajar dan mengembangkan sistem hidroponik. Ternyata tantangan pertama bukan saat tanaman sudah tumbuh, tetapi justru pada proses penyemaian. Sebagai seorang embedded system engineer, sebagian besar waktu saya habis untuk mendesain hardware, firmware, melakukan pengujian, hingga bertemu dengan klien. Ada kalanya saya harus keluar kota atau menghabiskan waktu seharian untuk meeting. Di sisi lain, proses penyemaian membutuhkan perhatian yang konsisten. Cahaya harus cukup, kelembaban harus terjaga, penyiraman tidak boleh terlambat, dan kondisi lingkungan harus tetap stabil. Beberapa kali saya pulang dan mendapati bibit yang saya semai sudah layu atau bahkan mati karena tidak sempat saya pantau. Saat itu saya berpikir, "Kalau saya bisa membuat sistem otomasi untuk berbagai kebutuhan industri, kenapa saya tidak membuat sistem yang bisa membantu saya sendiri?" Dari pertanyaan sederhana itulah saya mulai mengembangkan SEED-IS (Seed Intelligent System). Awalnya saya hanya ingin membuat "alat yang bisa menyiram otomatis". Namun semakin saya mengembangkannya, saya menyadari bahwa proses penyemaian tidak hanya soal pompa air. Saya mulai menambahkan pemantauan suhu, kelembaban, intensitas cahaya, pengaturan pencahayaan, pencatatan data, dashboard berbasis web, hingga dokumentasi pertumbuhan bibit agar setiap siklus penyemaian dapat dievaluasi. Hari ini SEED-IS masih dalam tahap prototype. Masih banyak yang harus diperbaiki, diuji, dan disempurnakan. Ternyata saya sadar, banyak produk yang bermanfaat lahir dari kebutuhan pribadi yang sederhana.
