Through deep research on the ground, we have mapped out key structural pain points across the agricultural value chain:

• Eliminating "ghost farmers" with real-time digital identity.
• Accurately identifying the actual cultivator and validating farm machinery ownership.

• Ensuring direct, leakage-free delivery of government and agency benefits to true beneficiaries.
3️⃣ Operational Traceability & Farm Management:
• Integrating pre- and post-harvest soil testing with data-backed crop suggestions.
• Maintaining verifiable, time-stamped farm activity logs (Farm Diary) to empower banks, insurers, export markets, and carbon offset programs.
• Organizing labor onboarding, machinery rental tracking, and product-specific cold chain logistics (from fresh produce to dried crops).
4️⃣ Economic Valuation:
• Capturing accurate data on both primary produce and secondary byproducts to true up agriculture’s real contribution to the national GDP.

As our first major operational step, we are officially launching our pilot project in Gujarat: The Seed Custody and Traceability Certification Hub (Seed Passport).
