International tractors limited (ITL), the manufacturer behind Sonalika and Solis, is taking a major step towards strengthening agricultural innovation with a proposed 25-acre Global R&D Facility in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Sharing the development, Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director, International Tractors Limited, said he was honoured to meet Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji and share ITL’s vision for the upcoming facility.
The new R&D centre is envisioned as a globally benchmarked institution for agricultural research and innovation, focused on developing advanced technologies that can empower farmers, transform agricultural practices and shape the future of farming.
According to Mittal, the encouragement and leadership of the Uttar Pradesh government are inspiring ITL to think bigger, move faster and build for the future.
“Our ambition is to create a globally benchmarked institution for agricultural research and innovation - developing technologies that empower farmers, transform agriculture and redefine what is possible.”
The facility is expected to strengthen ITL’s focus on next-generation agricultural technology, research and farm mechanisation, while positioning Greater Noida as an important hub for agri-innovation.
From Uttar Pradesh, for India and the world — ITL is looking to build the future of farming.
