Intégration de 14 nouveaux ingénieurs dans l'équipe en Malaisie
Suite au triomphe de notre programme de diplômés 2024, l'équipe malaisienne de notre entreprise accueille 14 nouveaux ingénieurs talentueux. Neuf d'entre eux intègrent notre projet de data centre à Cyberjaya, tandis que cinq rejoignent l'équipe à Johor Bahru. Pour lancer leur parcours, ils ont participé à un programme d'intégration sur trois jours, favorisant les connexions, les échanges avec la direction et une compréhension approfondie de nos opérations. Nous sommes enthousiastes à l'idée de voir ces professionnels innover et s'épanouir au sein de notre équipe !

Building on the success of our inaugural 2024 Graduate Program, our Malaysia team welcomed 14 new Graduate Engineers. Nine graduates will be based at our Cyberjaya data centre project, while five will join our team in Johor Bahru.
To kickstart their journey, the new cohort participated in a three-day onboarding program designed to foster connection, deepen understanding, and set the foundation for a rewarding career ahead. Through interactive sessions, they explored how every function contributes to our projects and operations with management team members sharing valuable insights and encouragement. We’re looking forward to seeing these talented engineers grow, innovate and thrive as part of our team.
