UGL et Skillset : Un partenariat innovant pour l'emploi des jeunes autochtones en Australie régionale. Depuis 2020, ils ont placé plus de 15 étudiants dans des entreprises locales de Dubbo, menant à des succès remarquables comme des emplois à temps plein, des stagiaires primés et des programmes annuels. Soutenu par l'expertise d'UGL en formation, ce modèle collaboratif renforce le développement des compétences locales et inspire des stratégies inclusives dans la zone d'énergie renouvelable du Central West Orana. Since 2020, UGL has partnered with Skillset to create employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Together, they have placed more than 15 students into Dubbo based local businesses, achieving impressive outcomes such as full-time employment, award-winning trainees, and ongoing annual intakes.
