Emerging Leaders: Three CPB Contractors Graduates named finalists for 2025 CIMIC Graduate of the Year

Three CPB Contractors graduates have been named finalists for the 2025 CIMIC Group Graduate of the Year Award, recognising excellence across performance, leadership and contribution to the graduate community.
The CIMIC Group Graduate of the Year Award celebrates individuals who exemplify the CIMIC Principles, demonstrate outstanding achievements, and make meaningful contributions beyond their project roles.
Those representing CPB Contractors include:
Graduate Electrical Engineer – Kezia Evans, acknowledged for her work on the Intelligent Transport Systems package for the SPARK project, demonstrating technical capability, initiative and a commitment to continual learning.
Sustainability Graduate – Lara Bouwer, recognised for her contribution to the Paradise Dam Improvement Project, embedding innovation into environmental practice and helping develop a new suite of sustainability reporting tools.
Graduate Engineer – Tom Luchetti, commended for his initiative and leadership, managing weekly subcontractor progress meetings, workshops and risk reviews while continuing to build a strong technical foundation.
“Our finalists represent the next generation of construction leaders,” said People & Culture Executive General Manager Sarah O'Neil. “They bring energy, innovation and collaboration to everything they do, and we’re proud to see them recognised at Group level.”
The Graduate of the Year event will take place on Tuesday, 25 November, celebrating the talent and dedication of emerging professionals across the CIMIC Group.
